Justice-Noah Malfitano

Antigone marks Justice’s return to the Canberra theatre scene after his 2023 performance as Venticello in Rep Theatre’s production of Amadeus, for which he was nominated for both a CAT Award and an Ovations Award, and won the Rep Theatre Award for Best Male Comedic Performance. Justice’s theatre highlights include playing Thomas and a Gossip in Sense & Sensibility for Rep Theatre, Lloyd Dallas in the Bruce Hall Player’s production of Noises Off, Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night for the ANU Shakespeare Society (Shakesoc), and the ensemble for Coriolanus (Shakesoc), as well as co-directing Shakesoc’s 2022 production of Romeo & Juliet. Justice is thrilled to be performing in the upcoming production of Lend Me A Tenor at the ACT Hub later in 2025. As an ANU Law graduate, Justice is well acquainted with the conflict between law and morality central to Antigone, themes that remain highly relevant today. Justice would love to thank the wonderful cast and crew for their tireless work, and his Year 12 ancient history teacher for introducing him to Antigone and the beautifully tragic world of ancient Greek theatre.
