Greek Theatre Now classics adviser Elizabeth Minchin is Emeritus Professor of Classics at The Australian National University, Canberra. Her research focusses primarily on aspects of cognition, memory and emotion in relation to the Homeric epics, the Iliad and the Odyssey, and has been published in two monographs as well as in numerous book chapters and articles. Her special interest in the literature of the ancient Greek world relates to the powerful stories told and retold in those monumental epic tales and in the great tragedies first performed at religious festivals in Athens.
